The Driver

DecisiveBoldConfidentDirect

You have a natural pull toward taking charge. You don't wait for someone else to start, you'd rather be clear than polite, and you move while others are still hesitating. People follow you because you know where you're going — and the best part is that you own the outcome, whatever it turns out to be.

The Analyst

PreciseLogicalThoroughOrganized

Your mind runs on logic and detail. You have no patience for guesswork, you want to understand before you move, and whatever you take on gets finished properly. When the people around you need a considered opinion rather than a quick one, you're the first person they ask — and that trust is well earned.

The Inspirer

WarmEnthusiasticFunPersuasive

Your energy is contagious and your presence changes the temperature of a room. You make friends easily, you find the right words at the right moment, and you can turn a heavy task into something people actually enjoy. You're the one who brings everybody together.

The Supporter

CalmLoyalEmpatheticPatient

Your steadiness is exactly why people feel safe around you. You listen more than you talk, you factor in how others feel, and you never walk away from someone who counted on you. You may not be the loudest voice in the room, but you are usually the most trusted one.

What is a personality test?

A personality test presents you with situations from ordinary life — a long meeting, a big decision, an argument between two friends — and infers from your choices which type best matches how you deal with people and decisions. Twelve questions, and in under two minutes you get a detailed description of what makes you stand out.

The four personality types

The test uses four widely recognized behavioral types: the Driver, who decides and takes charge; the Analyst, who checks and plans; the Inspirer, who energizes and brings people together; and the Supporter, who steadies and stands by others. Every question offers exactly one option per type, so no type can win just by appearing more often.

How the result is calculated

We count how many times you picked an answer belonging to each type, and the most-picked type is your result. Skip a question and it is simply left out of the count. You can go back and change any answer before you reach the end.

Is one type better than the others?

There is no bad outcome here and no type that beats the rest. Each one has strengths the people around it need, and most of us are a mix of several at once — the result just shows which comes through most clearly for you, on the day you took it.
